This document outlines the rules and conditions binding all users of the 3rd platform. Please read carefully before using our services. Continued use implies acceptance of all terms below.
These terms apply from the date your account is registered and are subject to periodic modifications.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the 3rd platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with all terms contained in this document. This agreement is legally binding and cannot be revoked once your account is activated.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use 3rd services. We reserve the right to verify age at any time. Accounts found belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any remaining balance handled according to platform policy.
These terms apply to all services offered by 3rd including Sports Betting, Poker games, digital lotteries, and Virtual Sports. Using any part of the platform signifies full acceptance of the entire set of terms.

Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly forbidden and may result in all related accounts being closed without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details secure. 3rd recommends using strong passwords combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your login information with anyone.
All activity on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact 3rd customer support immediately at [email protected].

All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. False information may result in account closure without compensation.
User Responsibilities and Prohibitions
Users of the 3rd platform agree to use it solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. Any attempts to exploit system weaknesses, manipulate game outcomes, or use third-party software for unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to transfer, sell, or assign their accounts to others. Each account is exclusive to its registered owner only.
Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any transactions violating Malaysian law are strictly prohibited on the 3rd platform. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice.

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 3rd platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via FPX, local e-wallets, and approved online bank transfers.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen payment method. Up-to-date limits can be found in your account dashboard after logging in.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified by the chosen method. 3rd is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Users must ensure registered bank account details are accurate and in their own name.
Any taxes, fees, or charges related to financial transactions are the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax laws.

Account Suspension, Closure and Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
3rd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if these terms are breached, fraud is detected, or behaviour threatens platform integrity. In legitimate account closures, remaining balances will be refunded after investigation.
Users may also close their own accounts by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within seven business days and any eligible balance refunded according to standard procedures.
Had Liabiliti Platform
3rd is not liable for any financial losses users may incur from betting or gaming activities on this platform. All entertainment activities carry financial risk, and users participate at their own discretion.
This platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Any losses resulting from technical issues, server failures, or circumstances beyond 3rd’s control are not claimable. 3rd’s maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited within 30 days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Amendments to Terms
All content, logos, designs, and software on the 3rd platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 3rd. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
The 3rd platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 3rd is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.
3rd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from use of the 3rd platform should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes will be referred to Malaysian courts with proper jurisdiction. Malay is the official language for all communications and legal documents related to this platform.
